Dispatch:

We aim to dispatch all orders placed before 2:00pm (Monday-Friday) to our chosen courier on the same day. Any orders placed after 2:00pm will be dispatched the next working day. We will send an email confirmation once your order has been dispatched by our warehouse. From here any further correspondence will be sent from our courier team, giving you full tracking of your order from dispatch to expected delivery.

Delivery & Tracking:

Tracked delivery is sent via Royal Mail on a 48-hour service, with no signature required upon delivery. You can track your order in full, once it's been received by the courier, by clicking on the tracking number in your dispatch email. Royal Mail aim to deliver your parcel within 2-3 working days (inc. Saturdays) but their delivery date is only an estimate.

Christmas Delivery Information:

During the festive period, delivery networks experience significantly higher demand, which can occasionally lead to delays. While our standard delivery timeframe is 3–5 working days, please be aware that orders placed throughout the Christmas season may take longer to arrive.

We kindly recommend allowing additional time for your delivery during this busy period. Our team and courier partners will always do their utmost to ensure your order reaches you as quickly as possible, but meeting our usual delivery window may not always be achievable at this time of year.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We can only replace items if they are defective or damaged or received the wrong item, and we will only replace with the same item(s) as per your original order. If there is a problem with your order or an item in your order and you need an exchange please send an email to sales@whitakerschocolates.com along with:

- A photo / photos of the defective or damaged item(s)
- Your full name and order number.

We will get back to you as soon as possible with details of how to return your item for an exchange. Please note, in most cases, we will not be able to send out your exchange until we have received your item(s) back to us. We apologise for the inconvenience this may cause.

I am happy with the products, all 5 items.

I am very disappointed with the packaging.
I lifted the first tub, orange creams from the box and the contents emptied into the box as the base of the tub had broken away.
As I purchased these to gift, I couldn't wrap this one as it was half full, broken tub and half the sweets in the box 😕

Whilst we try and use the maximum protection to ensure our products reach you in the perfect condition, we are at the mercy of the courier network and in some cases damages happen in transit. We love the blend of strawberry fondant with dark chocolate

We love the blend of strawberry fondant with dark chocolate, absolutely delicious. My only mistake was due to the heat, I put the strawberry and orange creams in the fridge in the direct line of sight of several "pocket munchers" who have been helping themselves to "only one or two" at a time several times a day resulting in the tub being emptied prematurely. New order pending where only a few at a time will be deposited in the old tub. Think the way they have disappeared tells anyone how delicious they are.

If you like dark chocolate and you like strawberries you will love these, the combination mix is superb. I have to limit myself to a couple at a time otherwise I would eat the lot on two days ! I whole heartedly can say these chocolates are a fantastic buy. The tub they come in may look a bit plain but don't.let that fool you, The contents are far from plain. A big FIVE stars from.
