Dispatch:

We aim to dispatch all orders placed before 2:00pm (Monday-Friday) to our chosen courier on the same day. Any orders placed after 2:00pm will be dispatched the next working day. We will send an email confirmation once your order has been dispatched by our warehouse. From here any further correspondence will be sent from our courier team, giving you full tracking of your order from dispatch to expected delivery.

Delivery & Tracking:

Tracked delivery is sent via Royal Mail on a 48-hour service, with no signature required upon delivery. You can track your order in full, once it's been received by the courier, by clicking on the tracking number in your dispatch email. Royal Mail aim to deliver your parcel within 2-3 working days (inc. Saturdays) but their delivery date is only an estimate.

Christmas Delivery Information:

During the festive period, delivery networks experience significantly higher demand, which can occasionally lead to delays. While our standard delivery timeframe is 3–5 working days, please be aware that orders placed throughout the Christmas season may take longer to arrive.

We kindly recommend allowing additional time for your delivery during this busy period. Our team and courier partners will always do their utmost to ensure your order reaches you as quickly as possible, but meeting our usual delivery window may not always be achievable at this time of year.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We can only replace items if they are defective or damaged or received the wrong item, and we will only replace with the same item(s) as per your original order. If there is a problem with your order or an item in your order and you need an exchange please send an email to sales@whitakerschocolates.com along with:

- A photo / photos of the defective or damaged item(s)
- Your full name and order number.

We will get back to you as soon as possible with details of how to return your item for an exchange. Please note, in most cases, we will not be able to send out your exchange until we have received your item(s) back to us. We apologise for the inconvenience this may cause.

Delicious!

Delicious vegan and gluten free dark chocolate peppermint fondant creams. I anyways order these and the mint crisps at Christmas and have them in bowls around the house for my family and guests to help themselves. This year I put them out a little early and my husband and I had eaten most of them before the big day! They come foil wrapped in a box and there are plenty to go round unless of course you are like us and can’t resist! They are very moreish, not too sweet and totally yummy. Will be buying again. Thank you.

These were very nice but sadly dry ,

Best peppermint creams I've tried

As a dairy free chocolate lover, peppermint creams are one of the only decent sweets I can easily get. These are the best I've tried. Great chocolate to cream ratio!

Perfect chocolate mints!

Love Whitakers chocolate mints, and being gluten free is great as our granddaughter with coeliac is not left out.

I am so happy to find dairy free chocolates. They are all so yum

Thanks for your kind review, however, I just wanted to point out that our products are not labelled as 'dairy free', whilst we don't add dairy into our dark chocolate products they are made in a factory that deals with diary & therefore all of our products carry the 'may contain' milk disclaimer on the back of the pack. The chocolates are exquisite and varied. I serve them to visitors and they add a gem-like glow to the table. I also give them as gifts to people who have been particularly good to us.
