Dispatch:

We aim to dispatch all orders placed before 2:00pm (Monday-Friday) to our chosen courier on the same day. Any orders placed after 2:00pm will be dispatched the next working day. We will send an email confirmation once your order has been dispatched by our warehouse. From here any further correspondence will be sent from our courier team, giving you full tracking of your order from dispatch to expected delivery.

Delivery & Tracking:

Tracked delivery is sent via Royal Mail on a 48-hour service, with no signature required upon delivery. You can track your order in full, once it's been received by the courier, by clicking on the tracking number in your dispatch email. Royal Mail aim to deliver your parcel within 2-3 working days (inc. Saturdays) but their delivery date is only an estimate.

Christmas Delivery Information:

During the festive period, delivery networks experience significantly higher demand, which can occasionally lead to delays. While our standard delivery timeframe is 3–5 working days, please be aware that orders placed throughout the Christmas season may take longer to arrive.

We can only replace items if they are defective or damaged or received the wrong item, and we will only replace with the same item(s) as per your original order. - Your full name and order number.

I bought these for my wife as she prefers dark chocolate and loves salted caramel. However, she thought they tasted more like mint creams. I tasted one and although I wouldn't go as far as saying out tasted of mint, I didn't think it tasted of salted caramel either. My wife wondered if the two flavours may have been stored near each other which may have affected the taste. I cannot praise the customer service high enough. After contacting them they hastily looked into the issue, asking for the batch number and best before date. Within just a day or two a replacement was sent out. FOC. This is for a xmas present so I'm keeping my fingers crossed that these are as they should be.
