Dispatch:

We aim to dispatch all orders placed before 2:00pm (Monday-Friday) to our chosen courier on the same day. Any orders placed after 2:00pm will be dispatched the next working day. We will send an email confirmation once your order has been dispatched by our warehouse. From here any further correspondence will be sent from our courier team, giving you full tracking of your order from dispatch to expected delivery.

Delivery & Tracking:

Tracked delivery is sent via Royal Mail on a 48-hour service, with no signature required upon delivery. You can track your order in full, once it's been received by the courier, by clicking on the tracking number in your dispatch email. Royal Mail aim to deliver your parcel within 2-3 working days (inc. Saturdays) but their delivery date is only an estimate.

Christmas Delivery Information:

During the festive period, delivery networks experience significantly higher demand, which can occasionally lead to delays. While our standard delivery timeframe is 3–5 working days, please be aware that orders placed throughout the Christmas season may take longer to arrive.

We kindly recommend allowing additional time for your delivery during this busy period. Our team and courier partners will always do their utmost to ensure your order reaches you as quickly as possible, but meeting our usual delivery window may not always be achievable at this time of year.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We can only replace items if they are defective or damaged or received the wrong item, and we will only replace with the same item(s) as per your original order. If there is a problem with your order or an item in your order and you need an exchange please send an email to sales@whitakerschocolates.com along with:

- A photo / photos of the defective or damaged item(s)
- Your full name and order number.

We will get back to you as soon as possible with details of how to return your item for an exchange. Please note, in most cases, we will not be able to send out your exchange until we have received your item(s) back to us. We apologise for the inconvenience this may cause.

Fantastic. Not too sweet but minty and crunchy. Sadly they didn't last as long as I had hoped.

Delicious chocolates as expected the only

Delicious chocolates as expected the only problem was when arrived a very large number were broken into small pieces and were not possible to served!!! Which was disappointing

Problem solved..!

Unfortunately, one of the mint crisp boxes got damaged by the courier, Whitakers replied to my email on this immediately, and resolved the problem to my full satisfaction. They really are a great UK confectionary company.

Well packaged although had to decant into smaller boxes to store in a good environment.
Based on previous purchase taste will be excellent, won't be eating this batch before Christmas.

The chocolates are great, but…

The chocolates taste great, but….. a number of the mint thins were broken in the box on arrival and delivery took ages.

Thank you for your honest review. We are pleased you enjoyed our chocolates, and can understand your dissapointment with the broken wafers and the time for delivery. Unfortunately, the profile of the chocolates (super thin) are prone to some breakage and just depends on how heavy handed the courier has been. Whilst we take every effort to ensure our products reach you in the best condition, with this type of product some breakage is likely to happen but doesn't take away from the taste. With regards to delivery, we are unsure why your order was delayed, usually we are praised on our delivery times, we will look into why on this occasion delivery was different. Thank you
