Ingredients: Fondant 63% (sugar, glucose syrup, water), Dark Chocolate 36% (cocoa mass, sugar, cocoa butter, emulsifier: SOYA lecithin), Peppermint Oil, Stabiliser: invertase

Dark Chocolate contains: cocoa solids 55% minimum

Dispatch:

We aim to dispatch all orders placed before 2:00pm (Monday-Friday) to our chosen courier on the same day. Any orders placed after 2:00pm will be dispatched the next working day. We will send an email confirmation once your order has been dispatched by our warehouse. From here any further correspondence will be sent from our courier team, giving you full tracking of your order from dispatch to expected delivery.

Delivery & Tracking:

Tracked delivery is sent via Royal Mail on a 48-hour service, with no signature required upon delivery. You can track your order in full, once it's been received by the courier, by clicking on the tracking number in your dispatch email. Royal Mail aim to deliver your parcel within 2-3 working days (inc. Saturdays) but their delivery date is only an estimate.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We can only replace items if they are defective or damaged or received the wrong item, and we will only replace with the same item(s) as per your original order. If there is a problem with your order or an item in your order and you need an exchange please send an email to sales@whitakerschocolates.com along with:

- A photo / photos of the defective or damaged item(s)
- Your full name and order number.

We will get back to you as soon as possible with details of how to return your item for an exchange. Please note, in most cases, we will not be able to send out your exchange until we have received your item(s) back to us. We apologise for the inconvenience this may cause.

Price has gone up a lot recently

Over the past year, the cocoa market has experienced unprecedented volatility. In April 2024, cocoa prices peaked at approximately £10,000 per metric ton, a significant increase from the typical £2,500 in previous years. This surge has been driven by factors such as adverse weather conditions in key cocoa-producing regions and the spread of diseases affecting cocoa plants. Despite these challenges, we remain committed to offering high-quality products at competitive prices. While we've had to adjust our pricing slighlty to compound some of the increased costs of raw materials, we continue to strive to provide value to our customers. We appreciate your understanding and continued support during these times.

Scrumptious!

I just love Whitakers fondant creams, not just the mint but also the coffee and orange creams. The fondant is firm, not in the least runny as with some creams, and the flavours are intense especially the orange which has a citrus tang to it. Ordering direct from the Company was straightforward, and the chocolates arrived in perfect condition within a couple of days of placing the order.
