Dispatch:

We aim to dispatch all orders placed before 2:00pm (Monday-Friday) to our chosen courier on the same day. Any orders placed after 2:00pm will be dispatched the next working day. We will send an email confirmation once your order has been dispatched by our warehouse. From here any further correspondence will be sent from our courier team, giving you full tracking of your order from dispatch to expected delivery.

Delivery & Tracking:

Tracked delivery is sent via Royal Mail on a 48-hour service, with no signature required upon delivery. You can track your order in full, once it's been received by the courier, by clicking on the tracking number in your dispatch email. Royal Mail aim to deliver your parcel within 2-3 working days (inc. Saturdays) but their delivery date is only an estimate.

Christmas Delivery Information:

During the festive period, delivery networks experience significantly higher demand, which can occasionally lead to delays. While our standard delivery timeframe is 3–5 working days, please be aware that orders placed throughout the Christmas season may take longer to arrive.

We kindly recommend allowing additional time for your delivery during this busy period. Our team and courier partners will always do their utmost to ensure your order reaches you as quickly as possible, but meeting our usual delivery window may not always be achievable at this time of year.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We can only replace items if they are defective or damaged or received the wrong item, and we will only replace with the same item(s) as per your original order. - A photo / photos of the defective or damaged item(s)
- Your full name and order number.

We will get back to you as soon as possible with details of how to return your item for an exchange. Please note, in most cases, we will not be able to send out your exchange until we have received your item(s) back to us. We apologise for the inconvenience this may cause.

Lovely flavour, but …

We've had these chocolates several times in box form, and they're one of our favourites. This time we thought we'd splurge on the tub, but were somewhat disappointed. Although the flavour was good, the fondant filling was hard rather than creamy - almost like they were stale and dried out. May skip the tubs in future.

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We're glad you enjoy the flavour, but sorry to hear the fondant texture wasn't as expected. When freshly made the fondant texture can be harder which then softens over time. Please be rest assured they were not stale. It's also worth pointing out that the boxed fondant creams are slightly larger which can give a different taste profile. We hope you continue to enjoy our creams.

Cannot understand why the black cherry creams taste more like marzipan than black cherry.

They’re delicious chocolates & good value for money. But the flavour is not cherry, it’s amaretto.

A mistake was made with my order. This has now been rectified.

After the intervention of the sales team, the initial issue I had with this order has now been resolved and I have received the usual excellent service from the company. We do use the tracked service from Royal Mail which is slighlty more expensive to other couriers, however, we can trust that our products reach you and don't go missing along the way!

Cherry delight

I adore these dark chocolate black cherry creams so much that, this year, my husband bought me 4kg of them!

The dark chocolate has a firmness that is lovely to bite through and the cream filling is smooth and tasty.

I highly recommend these chocolates and I have a little tip for you - freezing them makes them take longer to 'sook' and, broken up, they are very nice served with vanilla ice cream.
